cwitools.scripts.apply_mask.apply_mask(mask, data, fill=0, ext='.M.fits', log=None, silent=None)

Apply Mask: Apply a binary mask FITS image to data.

Parameters:

• mask (str) – Path to the mask FITS
• data (str) – Path to the data FITS to be masked
• fill (float) – Value to replace the masked pixels with (0)
• ext (str) – File extension to use for masked FITS (“.M.fits”)
• log (str) – Path to log file to save output to.
• silent (bool) – Set to TRUE to suppress standard output.
