cwitools.extraction.apply_mask(data, mask, fill=0)

Apply a binary or label mask to data.

Parameters:

• data (numpy.ndarray) – The data to be masked.
• mask (numpy.ndarray) – The mask to apply (1s are masked).
• fill (float) – The value to replace mask==1 pixels with.

Returns:

The masked data

Return type:

numpy.ndarray
